Welcome to the Kiwi Soldier Webpage.
This site was first created to present the story of Ian McNeur - my father, and his WW2 experiences.
Since then, I have started expanding the site to cover some more of the 23rd Battalion,
and I have been adding other soldiers stories as I hear about them.
Ian's site, and the other soldiers stories have the most detail to date, but the 23rd Battalion site is slowly growing as I get time.
I would really like this to be a corner of the net that tells real stories of real Soldiers,
so the generations to come will never forget the debt we all owe. If you have a real Kiwi Soldier story to add,
I would love to hear from you. If you want help researching a real Kiwi Soldier's war story, I might be able to help -
especially if they served in the 23rd Battalion. Drop me a line; I'd love to add
their story alongside the others here.

added as I get them. Many thanks to the people who have allowed me to present
